Ruminations while waiting at the airport
March 8, 2009 – 1:29 pmIs it just me, or does flying become more expensive in direct proportion to what a pain in neck it is?
Why do people who don’t pay (net) taxes think they are “entitled” to anything?
Do the ignorant who vote outnumber thinking people who vote?
Why do parents try to find vicarious glory through their little league kids efforts?
If you have a budget, how can you reduce its deficit in half by spending four times as much?
Being nice to other people is so easy, I’m surprised more people don’t do it more often.
I’ve noticed that many conflicts are simply due to people wanting to feel in control of their life and substituting an argument for establishing actual good habits that give you control over your life.
If you kept a scorecard you’d see that liberals practice all the behaviors and emotions that they accuse libertarians and conservatives of. It is not only creepy but its something the Nazis and Soviets made an art of. Yet no one notices
The earlier you get to the airport, the longer your flight will be delayed.
More if I get delayed in Chicago
