Keep the kettles steaming. Organize. Share these links across your postings, your social networks and your email communications. Tea Parties in the Mountain West are being planned and I'll share the information.

Important note: Get YOUNG PEOPLE. It is THEIR futures being mortgaged with worthless scrip and thereby destroyed. I am trying to get young people linked to my own progeny interested and concerned enough to step out. SSG noted the youth challenged gathering in Lansing MI. One of Dr. Paul's greatest contributions is his ability to get young people interested, excited and involved.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about my post.

With all the tea parties being organized across the nation, I was wondering why we Minnesotans were falling down on the job.

Then it occurred to me. Because it is Minnesota...in the middle of winter. Sometimes I'm too slow.

How can you possibly stage a tea party protest where the tea in question would just kinda go THUNK on the ice? Think about it.

The original Boston Tea Party occurred in winter, December 16, 1773, to be precise. But Boston Harbor hardly ever freezes over. Minnesota lakes and rivers do every winter, usually starting in November.

So, I guess we'll have to wait till spring...Minnesota spring...sometime in May. :]
