Flaming Capitalist Promotion

Dear Friends: If you listen to the John and Ken Radio show today (AM640 out of Los Angeles), you will hear or artist friend, Lipstick Underground, promoting our local tea party.

It has been an extremely exciting week, since I started to explore the idea of actually staging a tea party protest, inspired by the Rick Santelli speech. I have become the Press Secretary of the local event, putting out an official press release. Lipstick Underground’s design is highly popular, is our quasi-official logo, and CafePress.com is working with the The Official Tea Party group to be the designated event vendor. Lipstick and I are taking capitalism one step father — we will be selling t-shirts at the event! Sweet, flaming capitalism.

And, to top it all off, I got a link from — INSTAPUNDIT!!!!!!! I have just gone to blogging heaven.

I am developing some signs now. My signs will say:

FREE Enterprise — Unleash American Business

NO YOU DON’T! No to Socialism.
(Response to the Obama “Yes We Can” theme)

I am interested in more suggestions, as Lipstick and I will be making boards Thursday.

The Anchoress discusses other coping-with-Obama options here! She is eventually going to be canonized as the Patron Saint of Blogging!

Michelle Malking provides an overview, and a comment includes this info:

If you’re in the Great Lakes area, join us at a Tea Party on 2/27 at noon in Lansing, MI………………
Friday, February 27th
High Noon
Michigan State Capitol
