Brilliant ripostes to the delusions of the “social progressives” who see American Freedom as something negative. Who have a concept of liberty that is limited to license in regards to people’s animal appetites. Who have an ideal of “equality” that means artificially imposed outcomes rather than free opportunity to prosper in direct proportion to one’s efforts.

Not panic, but a reasonable attempt to keep the Democrats from having unchecked power, which I would not want the Republicans to have, either. Hate is what your post radiates – ‘plantation owners and oligarchies’ being code words for ‘racist,’ Grow up. Your party is driven by hate, greed, and envy, and will now legislate the same. “Modern people’ means exactly what – that you subscribe to trendy New Left ideology? That you are just so beyond religion? I really don’t care, but your post inspires me to make another donation to Chambliss – average, plodding, but not one of you.
It probably won’t matter, however, because your side can count on McCain being a pansy, and you’ll get your agenda enacted. After you do, only the morally blind, like yourself, will still believe that Obama is an improvement on the horrific Bush ‘43.
I take solace in knowing that you’ll have no one to blame but yourselves, now that your oligarchs run everything, and that you’re the plantation owner, a la “Animal Farm,” and that your utopian schemes will end in failure and darkness.

Just what the collectivists want. To sacrifice the individual liberties this country was founded upon in order to impose their collectivist dreams.
It is a canard that freedom is outmoded and another lie that this country was founded by “oligarchs”. It was founded by classical liberals (today’s libertarians) who recognize that governments are only checked by individual liberties.

Collectivism isn’t “modern”. It is an evil, repeatedly demonstrated by the deaths of tens of millions.

Panic on the right. Actual progress can be made. Especially if you allow modern people to do the job without the old politics of hate and division.

Support Jim Martin and we’ll be able to correct the errors of reactionaries.
